1.  save space does your bathroom feel a little snug? Perhaps it is not your imagination. although the average size of new bathroom has expanded these days, a lot of bathrooms have stuck in 5 square meters as before-due to lack of space or budget for renovations. So the top priority is to make use of all available physical space. to do that, you need to downsize your vanity or your bathtub(should be thoroughly considered); and build up your storage unit to place your toiletries(it feels morn narrow there are messy) 

2.  Dry and wet separation You will be upset where it is moist everywhere in the bathroom, it is necessary to design your bathroom with moisture resistant and dry and wet separation. 

3.  Anti-mildew For a bathroom is not Inevitable to become moisture, so the material you choose require anti-mildew, you will be disappointed when it is mildewing every corner.
